Kramma Productions is an independent production services company based in Athens, Greece, founded by Maria Repousi and Michalis Vrachliotis.
Built on decades of combined experience across domestic and international productions, Kramma provides high-level production services for film, television, commercials, studio productions, and branded content, supporting both local and international clients working in Greece.
With backgrounds spanning production management, line producing, budgeting, locations, logistics, incentives, sustainability, and crew coordination, Maria and Michalis offer practical, tailored solutions across every stage of production execution.
Having worked together since 2016, they have collaborated across independent films, international service productions, studio projects, and commercial work, earning a reputation for reliability, problem-solving, and strong relationships across the industry.
They are also co-founders of The Locbusters, further strengthening their operational network and deep ties across Greece’s production landscape.
Through Kramma, they bring together trusted crews, premium vendors, transportation partners, technical resources, and specialized collaborators to support productions of any scale.
Meet the team
Maria Repousi
Maria is a Production professional with more than 10 years of experience in complex domestic and international film productions. She has worked with leading global studios as well as international and domestic production companies, managing Productions from development through delivery. Her expertise spans budgeting, scheduling, and production operations at scale, with a strong ability to anticipate risks, oversee production processes and coordinate teams and staff across demanding environments.
In recent years, she has participated in specialized masterclasses and training in sustainability for the audiovisual industry, focusing on developing and implementing environmental strategies to reduce production carbon footprint, waste, and resource consumption. She is also a founding member and Treasurer of the Board of the Greek Society of Location and Unit Department (GSLUD).
Michalis Vrachliotis
Michalis is a Production professional with over 10 years of experience across Production and Location Departments in international and domestic audiovisual productions. He has contributed to feature films, television series, independent productions, and international photo shoots. His dual experience across production and location workflows, allows him to operate fluidly across departments, supporting complex shoots in dynamic environments. He brings adaptability, operational stability, and consistent on-set value to every production he supports. He is also a founding member of the Greek Society of Location and Unit Department (GSLUD)
